- I've been reading "C++ Nuts and Bolts" by Herbert Schildt. This is "for
- experienced programmers". The same author has also written "C++ from
- the ground up" which is quite good. I like his style... he has a knack
- for expressing things very clearly with good examples, although he
- doesn't go into the really complex advanced stuff too much.

- Of course, there is also the "bible" book... "The C++ Programming
- Language" by Bjarne Stroustrup, but I find this a bit too "formal" with
- few examples for the beginner.
